Executive Management: Alliant Insurance Services

Mr. Corbett serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. In addition, he sits on the board of directors of Alliant Insurance Services. Mr. Corbett joined Alliant Insurance Services (then named Robert F. Driver Company) in 1977 as a producer and launched the company’s Newport Beach-based public entity group. Prior to joining Alliant Insurance Services, Mr. Corbett was with Allendale Insurance in Los Angeles and spent three years as a loss prevention engineer at Factory Mutual Engineering Association. Mr. Corbett is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach. He is currently involved in various community and charitable organizations.

Mr. Hall serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. Mr. Hall also sits on the board of directors of Alliant Insurance Services. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hall’s responsibilities are principally focused on the management of the retail brokerage sales operations and all related operational activities. He joined Alliant Insurance Services (then named Robert F. Driver Company) in 1988 as a surety broker and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 1996. Mr. Hall began his insurance career in 1981 after earning his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University, majoring in business administration and psychology. In 1993, he received his master’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University.

Mr. Zimmer serves as President and Chief Financial Officer for Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s corporate and brokerage services operations as well as all mergers and acquisitions activity. He is also a member of the board of directors of Alliant Insurance Services and serves as President of Alliant Risk Services, the company’s underwriting and business services operation. Prior to joining Alliant Insurance Services, Mr. Zimmer, along with his partners, built a significant financial services firm that ultimately was sold to a subsidiary of GMAC; he served as Senior Vice President while with GMAC. Prior to that, Mr. Zimmer was a Vice President with Security Pacific Venture Capital Group. Mr. Zimmer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics/systems science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a master’s degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
